* For larger orders we recommend choosing the Delivery by Express Courier Service for the UK and Europe. It is faster, better value and more efficient than posting larger items.

 

Further Information:

• Orders received before 9:00 am Mon to Fri will be shipped the same day working day via door to door express delivery.
• A tracking number is provided with all Express Shipping deliveries so you can know the status of your order until it arrives.
• We advice you give a day time telephone number (Preferably a mobile number) with your order to allow for contact in regard to delivery and directions especially in the case of a home residential delivery. A signature will be required for all deliveries in all areas.
• If for some reason there is no one to receive the order driver will attempt to re-deliver your parcel the next day and will call to notify you of this. We will add your phone number to each parcel to allow for contact in this case and if directions are required by the driver. It is possible they will leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place. 
• All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will Dispatch on Monday.
• Orders for postal shipments are reliant on relative postal times in your area.
• A tracking number for Registered postal shipments to UK, US, Europe and worldwide will be provided. Standard post has no tracking number.

*Note - It is also a good idea to have your place of work as the shipping address as then you can be sure someone will be there to take it in for you. We undertake to provide a swift and excellent service to all our customers and are constantly looking for ways to improve our service.

We normally process an order within 1 working day (On occasion your order can be processed and dispatched the same day the order was received this is depending on time received and seasonal circumstances)

After the order has been processed it is then sent for dispatch via 24 – 48 Hour Delivery. (However please be aware that due to market circumstances and shipping company schedules it may take slightly longer) If an order that is received that for some reason we are unable to dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances it may take us longer to process your order. Seasonal times can also effect delivery times, especially during the Christmas period it may take a slightly longer time to receive your parcel. 

We would like to assure you that we will do our utmost to fulfill all orders as soon as possible and provide you with the best service possible. We will keep you informed of progress and contact you with a dispatch date and tracking number for your order when it is dispatched. We would like to advice that this is a very rare occurrence and that most orders dispatch within 1 to 2 days.
