Store pick up is available from our address below. Items are usually ready for pick up during working hours and on the day ordered if before 2pm and next day if after 2pm time.

Store pick up is not available on Saturday or Sunday. If you order on Friday after 3pm please collect on Monday or any day thereafter that is convenient for you.

Further Information:
  • Orders received before 5.00pm Mon to Fri will be shipped the next working day via GLS Express door to door express delivery. (Please allow extra time for seasonal periods such as Christmas)
  • A tracking number is provided with all GLS Express and Registered Post deliveries so you can know the status of your order until it arrives.
  • We advice you give a day time telephone number (Preferably a mobile number) with your order to allow for contact from GLS in regard to delivery and directions especially in the case of a home residential delivery. A signature will be required for all GLS deliveries in all areas.
  • If for some reason there is no one to receive the order GLS will attempt to re-deliver your parcel the next day and will call to notify you of this. We will add your phone number to each parcel to allow for contact in this case and if directions are required by the driver.
  • All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will Dispatch on Monday.
  • Orders for postal shipments received before 3pm will dispatch same day.
  • A tracking number for postal shipments to UK, US and Europe will be provided.  

*Note - It is also a good idea to have your place of work as the shipping address as then you can be sure someone will be there to take it in for you.

We undertake to provide a swift and excellent service to all our customers and are constantly looking for ways to improve our service. We normally process an order within 1 to 2 working days (On occasion your order can be processed and dispatched the same day the order was received this is depending on time received and seasonal circumstances) After the order has been processed it is then sent for dispatch viaGLS 24 – 48 Hour Delivery. (However please be aware that due to market circumstances and shipping company schedules it may take slightly longer)

If an order that is received that for some reason we are unable to dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances it may take us longer to process your order. We would like to assure you that we will do our utmost to fulfill all orders as soon as possible and provide you with the best service possible. We will keep you informed of progress and contact you with a dispatch date and tracking number for your order when it is dispatched. We would like to advice that this is a very rare occurrence and that most orders dispatch within 1 to 2 days.
